Thermoelectric conversion devices are attracting attention as a clean energy source because they can convert heat into electrical energy.
In this study, thermoelectric devices were fabricated by dip-coating SWCNTs onto a mesh material with a mesh structure, which increases the temperature difference within the device due to the increased surface area of the SWCNT/mesh film. The n-type SWCNT/mesh film devices were fabricated and compared to the p-type SWCNT/mesh film devices fabricated in the previous study.
