Single-walled carbon nanotube,thermoelectric conversion
One of the thermoelectric conversion materials is single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), which show p-type thermoelectric properties in atmospheric conditions and have been studied in thermoelectric conversion technology. The state of the dispersion may affect the thermoelectric performance of the SWCNT film. The objective of this study was to explore the optimization conditions by varying the power output of ultrasonic dispersion performed during the preparation of p-type SWCNT freestanding films.
