Using the 100 nm, 300 nm, and 500 nm BaTiO₃ particles, the relationship between the size/shape of BaTiO₃ and its dielectric properties was discussed by combining the structural information of the particles obtained by the Bragg CDI method with the dynamics obtained by Raman spectroscopy.
