We have fabricated organic solar cells with inverted structures by electrostatic spray deposition (ESD). We have deposited bulk heterostructures using a two-component ESD method in which the amount of electron acceptor (ITIC-M) and electron donor (P3HT) can be controlled independently. In this study, we investigated the effects of one-component ESD and two-component ESD on the active layer and solar cell characteristics.
