The development of perovskite solar cell modules using plastic film substrates has spread in industry due to their lightweight and flexibility. Solution coating methods for fabrication of plastic film modules as conducted in our group at Toin Univ is introduced. In addition, estimation of the module costs occupied by the parts including ITO-PET film substrates will be discussed to determine the target value of the practical module cost.
