Metal halide perovskite solar cells, the next generation of solar cells, can be easily fabricated using simple film deposition methods such as spin coating. However, for commercial use, there are several problems from film deposition to post-cell fabrication, making the improvement of durability and stable performance reproducibility a key issue. In this study, we focus on the relationship between the temperature during spin-coating and the morphology of perovskite films, and investigate the temperature factor and its effect on solar cell performance.
