We are investigating elemental technologies for the development of an all-in-one-chamber process for perovskite solar cells, in which a layered structure consisting of an electron transport layer/perovskite layer/hole transport layer is consistently fabricated in a high vacuum by laser molecular beam deposition. In this research, we investigate the correlation between the fabrication conditions of perovskite solar cell materials by LMBD and their characteristics.
