Intermolecular interactions in organic semiconductor crystals (TTF-CA, BTBT-TCNQ) were analyzed by dispersion-corrected DFT calculations, and the contributions of many body interactions on the lattice energies were investigated. The contributions of many body interactions to the attraction are not large. This shows that the intermolecular interactions in semiconductor crystals can be discussed based on calculated pair interactions.
