Polymer films serve as common substrates for flexible devices, and understanding their bending behavior is crucial for the development of such devices. Due to the viscoelastic nature of polymers, they exhibit creep, which is the temporal change of strain while maintaining the bending state. It is crucial to understand the phenomenon of bending creep as it affects the device's functionality; however, there has been limited to quantitative research conducted in this area. In this research, we measured the surface strains of different bending polymer films in real-time to analyze the bending creep phenomenon.
