The photon bleeding process makes light emitting device from an indirect-transition-type semiconductor; the wavelength of the emitting light is the same as that of the irradiated light in the process. To explain such the luminous phenomenon, detailing the previous presentation, this theory introduces a model with the electric current density originated from optical phonon and the non-linear effect of immanent electromagnetic field originating from the carrier electron, and examines the structure attained by the principle of least action.
