Three-dimensional integrated technology is expected to realization of high-speed operating and power saving devices. However, it is difficult for elastic devices to apply this technology due to the absence of a waveguide perpendicular to the substrate. We show a topological hinge mode along the stacked direction in a stacked Kagome lattice three-dimensional phononic crystal with numerical calculations. We also discuss about selective transportation of in-plane elastic wave in bilayer structures.
