In this presentation, we report an analysis of the atomization mechanism of a new ultrasonic atomization method using a diaphragm. The atomization mechanism is reported based on temperature measurement of the atomized area and acoustic analysis during atomization. As an application of this study, we report a candidate global diffusion pathway of microplastics using a model of microplastics encapsulated in ultrasonic atomization.
