The performance was improved by using the transfer method for the electron transport layer compared to the conventional spin-coating method, and the open-circuit voltage was improved because the damage to the perovskite layer was reduced by transferring the ZnO film on the PDMS after heating. In addition, we believe that heating the ZnO film at 120°C on a different substrate and the cost-effective meniscus-coating method, in which the solution is transferred back and forth, resulted in a uniform film with fewer pinholes and improved the short-circuit current density.
