In this study, we Fabricated of the resistance humidity sensors consisting of the multi-walled carbon nanotube/polyimide composite film.The high electrical conductivity, flexibility, and chemical stability of CNTs make them a promising material for wearable sensors. In addition, by compositing CNTs with chemically and thermally stable FPI, sensors with excellent adhesion, mechanical strength, and responsiveness can be expected. In addition, we fabricated prototype of a flexible humidity sensor by using polyimide film as a substrate.
