Doped Spiro-OMeTAD is one of the commonly used hole transporting materials of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Because of the low stability of doped Spiro-OMeTAD, dopant-free π-conjugated polymers are expected as alternative materials. In this study, we fabricated PSCs using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as the hole transporting materials. We compared stability of PSCs with P3HT and doped Spiro-OMeTAD. Out-of-plane XRD patterns showed a decomposition of the perovskite layer in PSCs with Spiro-OMeTAD.
