Keywords:
Atmospheric Pressure Plasma,Mass Spectrometry,Reactive Species
To analyze the reactive species produced by atmospheric pressure helium plasma jets, mass spectrometry negative ions in the plasma jet was performed and the compositions of the detected ions were analyzed. To investigate the presence of ions originated from hydrogen peroxide, negative ions produced when hydrogen peroxide is introduced into the corona discharge field were analyzed and compared with those produced in the plasma jet.
