We are conducting research towards the realization of a biochemical sensor using magneto-optical (MO) effects and surface plasmon resonance (SPR). We have previously reported on the FeSi/Au layered structure obtained by depositing FeSi thin film and Au thin film. In this experiment, we conducted measurements on FeSi/Ag layered structures using Ag-based materials to achieve further performance improvement. This report presents the results of those measurements.
