[23a-A202-9] Energetics of 1T-MoS₂ nanotubes

Using the density functional theory, we investigated the energetics and electronic structures of 1T-MoS₂ nanotubes. Our theoretical calculations demonstrated that the tubes possess 1T and 1T' tubular structure for thick nanotubes, while the 1T' structure for thin nanotubes.
