Interlayer chiral coupling (ICC), in other word interlayer DMI, in ferromagnet/non-magnet/ferromagnet structure promotes nontrivial magnetic chirality structure between two ferromagnets. Previous works have reported the existence of ICC using sputter-deposited textured films and devices with micrometer size. Here, we focused on observation of ICC in nano-scale region using magnetic tunnel junction devices and report an emergence of large ICC.
