We propose a method in which a circuit from the vibration energy harvester to the power management IC via the voltage multiplier circuit is installed in parallel with a circuit that only rectifies the power and connects it to the power management IC. Using this method, the power obtained from the vibration energy harvester selectively flows through the voltage multiplier circuit at low voltages and through the rectifier circuit at high voltages, enabling the power management IC to operate efficiently over a wide range of vibration accelerations from 0.98 to 9.8 m/s2.
