We are focusing on the relationship between the structure of the resin and the interfacial adhesion strength to improve the adhesion strength of the CNT/resin composite material interface. In this presentation, we report on the variation of the shape of resin depending on the types of CNT/resin interfaces. We created a CNT/epoxy resin composite model and reproduced the structure near the interface using molecular dynamics. It was found that the direction of bending at both ends of the resin differs depending on the presence or absence of defect in the CNT, the presence or absence of bonds between the CNT and the resin, and the positional relationship between the CNT and the epoxy resin from the classification of resin structures using the K-means method.
