[16p-B6-16] Crystal Structure Analysis of the Thin-Film Phase of DNTT

Our previous study using high-resolution X-ray diffraction reported that DNTT exhibits crystalline polymorphism in thin films. Although this technique identifies the thin film phase from the interlayer spacing in the thin film, the solution of the crystal structure remains to be elucidated. In this study, the crystal structure of the thin-film phase of DNTT has been analyzed by using the two-dimensional grazing incidence X-ray diffraction technique.
