Superheated steam and humid air are used in food processing, material development, and other fields, and the humidity inside such equipment varies both temporally and spatially due to the high temperature environment of over 200 °C. Therefore, there is a need to develop measurement instruments that can measure humidity over a wide range with excellent heat resistance, time response, and spatial resolution. Therefore, the development of measurement instruments with excellent heat resistance, time response, and spatial resolution that can measure a wide range of humidity is required to control humidity. In this report, we report on the use of wavelength-tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy to obtain waveforms from 0.002 to 1.0 mol/mol of airflow humidity.
