When continuously depositing organic multilayers using a wet process, the solvent used during the deposition of the upper layer can cause the underlying organic film to peel off or dissolve. We addressed this issue by employing the stamping method, a semi-dry process using a polymer stamp, and fabricated PBTTT homojunction transistors. It was confirmed that coating the gate insulator with Cytop, a hydrophobic material, could suppress gate hysteresis.
