Cross-linked organic superbase (2TBD-C10) derived from the bicyclic-ring guanidine base (TBD) has been demonstrated as an effective dopant that induces n-type polarity in carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with enhanced tolerance to air-, high-temperature, and humid conditions due to its unique primary molecular structure. The n-type CNT was integrated into all-CNT thermoelectric module, demonstrating good-to-excellent power generation sufficient for powering wireless sensors.
