[17a-C42-6] Research on AlGaN nanowire array photonic crystal for high Q factor

The simulation results of the AlGaN nanowire array type photonic crystal cavities with optical confinement in the TM polarization proposed in the previous meeting are reported. A high Q factor of more than 100,000 was obtained for partially SiO₂-embedded structures by 2D calculations.
