Kirigami is a sheet structure with a pattern arrangement of cutouts, which can easily realize a three-dimensional structure with a high degree of freedom. In addition, mechanical properties can be designed arbitrarily according to the shape of the Kirigami, and thermoelectric power generation is possible by obtaining a temperature difference in a movable part or curved surface. In this study, assuming thermoelectric power generation in a heat source part with curved surfaces such as thermal piping, we developed a monitoring device that can operate without batteries, using a device composed of CNT Kirigami structures.
