In this talk, I will talk about the strategy for fabricating thermoelectric materials based on single-walled carbon nanotubes. This includes developing and systematizing ideas for n-type doping, using these ideas for p-type doping, studying the structure-property relationships in semiconducting carbon nanotubes, and using these findings in devices and generators. We will also present the application of the concept to devices and generators.
