We have been developing new device applications for DNA thin films via laser molecular beam deposition (LMBD), which enables hybrid molecular layer deposition of inorganic and organic materials. In this study, we prepared DNA thin films by varying the laser types and irradiation conditions and investigated the effects on various physical properties. As a result, the bonding structure changes significantly depending on the laser deposition conditions, and the relative humidity dependence of the DNA film resistivity changes markedly.
