[17p-C43-15] Analysis of properties of longitudinal leaky SAW on LiNbO₃/SiO₂/SiC structure

本報告では，X50°Y-LN/SiO₂/4H-SiC上のLLSAW特性を解析した結果について報告する．位相速度，結合係数K²は，SiO₂中間層を設けることにより，変化がLN板厚の薄い方へシフトした．どの規格化SiO₂膜厚h_a/λでもh_Al/λ=0.08，h/λ=0.40において比帯域幅は最大値を示し，h_a/λ=0.03で10％の比帯域幅，90dBのアドミタンス比，スプリアスの小さな共振特性を示した．X50°Y-LN/4H-SiCに比べTCFは改善したが，薄いSiO₂膜厚ではLNの温度補償は難しいことがわかった．
