The metal organic deposition method (MOD method) is inferior to the PLD method in terms of nanostructure control and characteristics in a magnetic field, but it is a non-vacuum process with low equipment costs, and it is a relatively simple method of coating and heat-treating raw materials on a large-area substrate, so it is expected to be a process suitable for mass production. The precursor solution of the FF-MOD method used in this study has the problem of hardening over time, so we conducted research on the change over time of the solution in the FF-MOD method.
