As a step toward the realization of optical connections between superconducting quantum computers, our group has succeeded in fabricating diamond optomechanical crystals (OMCs) containing color centers. We tuned the resonant frequency of the diamond OMC by changing its temperature and confirmed that the emission was enhanced when the resonant frequency of the color center and OMC matched. In this presentation, we will discuss the relationship between the emission enhancement and the resonator-color center coupling, as well as the details of the evaluation of the OMC and color center at low temperatures.
