We are studying adiabatic quantum flux parametron (AQFP) logic circuits, which have features of low energy consumption and high-frequency operation. The circuit is driven by AC excitation clocks and has logical states represented by the current direction. In this study, we designed and simulated an AQFP phase discrimination circuit to detect the phase difference between the input microwave and the AC excitation clock. We inserted a resonator between the AQFP gates array to enhance the input sensitivity. In this study, we designed the phase discrimination circuit with a low current density method (1KP) .
