A crossbar diode with a push-coated polymer semiconductor film was fabricated, and the current-voltage characteristics were measured under vacuum by four-terminal method while following the surface temperature of the device with a thermo-camera. The negative differential resistance phenomenon in push-coated polymer semiconductor thin films was evaluated.
