プラズマプロセス技術の発展には，プラズマとプロセス対象である固体材料との相互作用を理解することが不可欠である．本研究では，プラズマと固体表面状態を同時かつその場計測可能なインピーダンス分光法（in-situ IS法）を用いて，アルゴン/酸素プラズマによる金属表面酸化過程を捉える実験を行った．講演では，酸化層形成メカニズムや，サンプル近傍のプラズマ状態変化について議論する．
