Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) are fluorescent nanoparticles of graphitic carbon that exhibit temperature-dependent fluorescence. In this study, a two-layer structure composed of a conductive core and surrounding GQDs was fabricated by laser carbonization using PDMS as a precursor. Furthermore, we demonstrated that the fluorescence intensity can be changed by applying a voltage to the central conductive structure. Our method would realize the fabrication of voltage-controlled anti-counterfeiting tags in the future.
