In this experiment, the structure of the apparatus was changed so that the plasma flowed into the atmosphere by removing a quartz plate installed downstream of the gas flow path. The discharge voltage characteristics were evaluated using bipolar pulses with a frequency (5 kHz) and duty ratio of 50%. Multiple discharges were confirmed, with discharge starting at around ±3.0 kV, and uniform discharge was confirmed over the entire surface of a 50 mm diameter electrode at a maximum of ±3.9kV. Discharge characteristics such as discharge current characteristics, frequency and duty ratio dependence, and temperature and emission spectral characteristics will be reported at the conference.
