The previous presentation suggested a toy model for the enhancement of luminescence from indirect-transition type semiconductor after so-called photon breeding process. This is steady state far-from the ground state, that is brought about by the inherent vector potential; that possesses the off-shell nature, the non-linearity specific in the non-relativistic system and the coupling with the external electric current density. This presentation shows the enhancement of magneto-optical effect, examines the feasibility of the parameters for electromagnetic field of the model, and discusses the general variational principle leading to Maxwell eqs.; this variational principle is free from the constitutive eq. and suitable for not only systems in strong non-linear optics ( by means of the variational method) but also for all round systems in optics.
