The phenomenon of circular polarization reflection exhibiting chirality due to non-Hermitian two-dimensional photonic crystals has been reported. In our previous presentations, we observed chirality at the Γ point through circular polarization reflection measurements in graphene-loaded Si photonic crystals (PhC). This time, to achieve circularly polarized emission, we changed the substrate to InGaAsP and aimed to achieve a high Q-factor by utilizing Bound States in the Continuum (BIC) and optimizing the absorption material and loading position. We report the numerical analysis results of these optimizations.
