EV、HEV、PHVの基幹部品としてはインバータを動作させるためのパワーデバイス/パワーモジュールがあり、その性能、大きさが航続距離と快適な車内空間の提供を左右すると言っても過言ではない。本発表では最新のWBGデバイスの優れた特長を活かすために筆者のグループが開発した２種類のパワーモジュールとそれらに採用した高性能冷却技術および低インダクタンス化技術などの次世代パワーモジュール技術について説明する。
