High energy electrons induce current in solar cells, therefore, we can use a solar cell as a dosimeter device. By using this, we have proposed an application of an InGaP solar cell to a gamma-ray dosimerter device, since gamma-ray produces Compton electrons. In this study, we observed and analyzed changes in the electron induced current and dark current-voltage characterisitics of an InGaP solar cell during 1 MeV electron irradiation.
