[18p-B1-4] Structural design of CIGSe optical absorption layer by Bayesian Optimization

Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGSe) solar cells have attracted much attention as one of the most efficient thin-film solar cells. However, the large number of parameters contributing to the conversion efficiency and the interdependence of these parameters make it difficult to analyze the optimal structure. In this paper, we report on our search for combinations of parameters that exhibit high conversion efficiency using “Bayesian optimization” and the analysis of the results.
