[18p-B1-6] Two-step photon up-conversion solar cells using a MAPbI₃/Si heterostructure

We fabricated a two-step photon up-conversion solar cells using an MAPbI₃/Si heterostructure and measured its intraband excitation power dependence. As a result, we observed an increase in photocurrent due to up-conversion. This finding could contribute to the realization of high-efficiency up-conversion solar cells using MAPbI₃/Si heterostructures in the future.
