We fabricated a two-step photon up-conversion solar cells using an MAPbI3/Si heterostructure and measured its intraband excitation power dependence. As a result, we observed an increase in photocurrent due to up-conversion. This finding could contribute to the realization of high-efficiency up-conversion solar cells using MAPbI3/Si heterostructures in the future.
