Antiambipolar transistors (AAT) has realized new logic circuits such as multivalued logic circuit, reconfigurable logic circuit, and multi-valued logic-in-memory. In this study, we further extended these achievements to neuromorphic device operations. We formed a floating-gate-type AAT and then demonstrated versatile synaptic responses using the nonvolatile memory function.
