In our previous study, we evaluated the difference in detection ability of lipid planar film-immobilized LSPR sensors for αSyn detection and its performance improvement by the size and shape of nanostructures on the surface of LSPR substrates. In this study, we used nanostructures of 200 nm, 150 nm, and 100 nm, which are finer than the previously used 500 nm, to measure αSyn and evaluate the detection ability of each.
