This symposium talk is about the study on the optical three-dimensional observation of the transport phenomena of each nano-particle near the surface in wet processes. Sometimes the observation on the nanoscale is difficult because of constraints such as the width of the incident light beam and the focal depth due to objective lenses and imaging optical systems. Therefore, an evanescent light that is located only on a surface with a very thin light field (a few hundred nanometers) is employed to visualize the transport phenomena of each nano-particle localized near the surface being processed or being cleaned. This presentation also introduces some previous observational examples that demonstrate the ability to observe the transporting nano-particle without fluorescence labeling.
