半導体のウェット洗浄におけるリンス工程は，洗浄に用いた薬液や反応生成物，汚染物質等をウェハ表面やその上に形成された微細構造から除去する工程である．本報では，OpenFOAM による気液二相流計算に濃度の移流拡散を扱う手法を組み合わせて，回転円盤上において薬液が水により置換される過程を三次元数値計算する．純水を供給するノズルの位置が円盤上の薬液分布に及ぼす影響を示す．
