[18p-C42-7]Photochromic Molecule in Solution Combined with 2D Material FET for Optical Device

Combining optoelectronic technology with the metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) field effect transistor (FET) has attracted wide attention as a way to overcome the technological limitations of the Si-based logic circuit. In this talk, we introduce recent study of the photochromic molecule in solution in contact with transition metal dichalcogenides (TMD) FET for the photo-switching experiment. We constructed TMD-FET with the microfluidic platform for the FET property measurement when a solution flows above the channel. We demonstrated the photo switching by reversible photo injection on the azobenzene and other photochromic molecules.
