[18p-P02-4] A study on preparation of W, Nb, and Ti-doped vanadium oxide films for infrared sensors

本研究では、W・Nb・Tiを共にドープしたV_1-x-y-zW_xNb_yTi_zO₂膜をゾル―ゲル法により作製した。また、non-dope VO₂膜では厚膜化により、結晶粒子の成長幅が広がりTCRが増加することが報告されているため、V_1-x-y-zW_xNb_yTi_zO₂膜におけるTCRの膜厚依存性について調査した。
