[18p-P03-1] Mechanics measurements of developing embryos using pulsed-force atomic force microscopy

In this study, we investigated how pulsed-force atomic force microscopy (AFM) allows us to measure the mechanical properties of embryos for a fast mechanical measurement. Applying a feedforward control to pulsed-force AFM, we succeeded in obtaining a mechanical image of an embryo with a large roughness. We will present the detailed feedforward control and the mechanical properties of developing embryos.
